About us:

Welcome to LB-BUILDERS DRAIN SURGEONS DIVISION based in Kettering, Northamptonshire. We are a family run business
with many years experience in construction which also includes drainage, installing all types of drainage from housing estates
to industrial estates, leading to the main deep drainage connecting to the main sewers. Giving us a lot of knowledge of
how domestic & commercial drainage works and also giving us a full clear understanding of the drainage systems you
could be asking us to attend to. This we hope gives you the reassurance that you are putting your trust in a company that has full understanding of the job in hand & that aims to please the customer! We want to use our knowledge by providing

Drain cleaning:

Our vans are fitted with a highly powered van pack jetting system. We have number of different attachments allowing us to unblock general debris, i.e. paper towels, women's sanitary items, disposable nappies, silt etc to fat blockages and descaling. Meaning that we are ready for what ever type of job we are called out to.

Prices from £55 for the first half hr or if it runs over the half hr then we charge £80 for the first hr then £60 per hr after that being rounded off to the nearest 10mins. OAP's get 10% reduction on the prices above!

Sinks, Toilets & Waste Pipes:

Our engineers can sort out any of your waste pipes that might be leaking due to a blockage or because the seals have
worn & decayed. We can sort it even if it has to be replaced. We have a plumber to hand if there is a water leak that requires
attention i.e. corroded pipe or cracked toilet pan. Leave it to us & we will get the right man for the job in hand.

Drain Repairs:

We can sort out all you drain repairs, whether it is a patch that's needed or drain replacement. Manhole repairs from benching
to rebuilding your manhole to replacing or rebedding a damaged manhole cover. With our repairs everything that we have to remove to fix the drainage pipe will be returned to its original state, whether it's a patio or blocked paved, concreted or tarmaced driveway or footpath. You have no need to worry, sit back, relax and leave the worrying to us. All our work is guaranteed!

CCTV:

We can provide a CCTV service for an additional cost. For instance if we begin jetting and find evidence that indicates
the possibility that there is a fault with the pipe run then we can send down our cctv system.

This records every part of the drain that we are inspecting to our laptop. By doing this, if there is no clear indication
of major damage then we can go over the recording to see if there are bad cracks that may not have been seen initially
when sending the camera down the pipe. We can also use these recorded images & transfer them onto disk so that they can
be used as evidence should you need to make a claim on your insurance policy.

Surveys:

With our cctv system, whether you are buying or selling, We can survey the drainage on the property so that you know that
everything is in good working order and that there are no under lying problem that need rectifying

Guttering & down pipes:

We're not just here to help you with the pipes that are in the ground, we can also deal with drainage above the ground.
For instance, if your guttering is blocked & water is overflowing because of debris that has built up overtime then we can
clean it. If there is a problem with your old guttering because of decay or just old age then we can help.

This could be either repair the damaged section or completely replace the whole lot if needed. As all too often people can just leave it which can cause problems later on. If you simply want to brighten up your home with a new look we can also help with new guttering and fascias and soffits whether you wish to replace the weather worn timber with fresh timber and painted or replace it with one of the various ranges of modern weather resistant plastics available.
